Hi, I read that Cici's is a good deal....is the food good? Thanks Sandra

It is a good deal, it's about $5 per person and $2 per refillable drink. The pizza is plentiful, that's for sure. It's similar to Chuck E Cheese pizza, if you're at all familiar with that. There are many different varieties, even some sweet "dessert" ones, along with pasta with either a marinara, or alfredo-type sauce, and there's also salad.

It's not the best pizza we've ever had but it's certainly edible, and we'd definitely go back. It didn't upset DH's sensitive tummy, either. I give it my thumbs up. :thumbsup2

for the price its good, also if you want a certain type of pizza they will give you a number to put on your table and they will make that pizza and bring it to you.

I think it tastes gross...my kids like it and for the price that is where a lot of functions are held for sports and such so we go, but I just eat before I go.

It is a good value, although NOT my favorite pizza. The crust is really tough. But they do have some interesting types of pizza and will take requests too, if there's one not out. The barbeque chicken pizza is good, and surprisingly I like the mac n' cheese pizza. The pasta isn't very good, IMO but the little salad bar is decent. They have REALLY Good brownies - that is always our favorite part.

The one in our city actually closed a few months ago.

I like the brownies and the cinnamon rolls. The deep dish pizza is pretty good too. I don't like the regular pizza crust, but it is all you can eat, so I can just eat the toppings off the crust. They will take requests and put in on the buffet for you. My husband's favorite is a deep dish pepperoni with jalapenos on it. It is a pretty low priced buffet and kids under 4 (3 and under) eat free.

My neices love it, personally can't stand it. To me, it takes like cardboard with tomato sauce painted on. Different strokes for different folks.

I do not like the pizza at all. However for the price, the AWESOME cheesesticks and dessert pizza and brownies are enough for me to overlook the super subpar pizza. I'll eat it - it's not inedible, I just don't care for it. I could make a meal off of the cheesesticks though. I love them. They are my favorite cheesesticks of any cheap pizza place.

It's alright. If your family are heavy eaters it would be a good deal. But, I would rather just get a slice(about $1.50) at my favorite pizza joint. And it would taste much better.

I guess we must be the only ones that actually like this place...

I take my daycare kids, and it's one of their favorite places to go. The salad bar is pretty good, and I do like the pizza (it's not amazing, but it's good enough.) They just changed the pasta, it used to be eh but the white sauce is really tasty... the last time we were there, though, there was no white sauce, just pasta with marinara already applied.

The desserts are good too (agree with the pp who votes for the brownies.) The kids usually eat pretty well, and for the price, it's a pretty decent deal.

Worth a try sometime, IMO. You may like it, you may not. :)

I like the CiCi's at the Posner Park in Davenport .. we usually grab a pizza when we're passing for lunch or dinner, and its generally cheap for pizza in the area and it isn't bad at all. Prefer Little Caesars, but we don't have one this way.

i HATED the one back home, though, in Homestead .. could have been the area though. The one in Davenport is new.

Besides being edible, it is QUICK.

Like previous posters, I think the pizza is mediocre. But, at 5 bucks a kid you can start eating immediately--that gets us back to the parks faster. I'll eat there in Orlando, but not at the one near my house. (If I'm at home and have time, it's Chicago style pizza all the way).

We ate pizza. We enjoyed salads, cheese sticks, and dessert.

great deal for the price... awesome cinnamon rolls & cheese breadsticks

My family enjoys it. We just hate that they did away with the bavarian creme dessert, it was awesome

Our kids loves Cici's. We eat there fairly often. The one where we live has an awesome salad bar and a fun game room.

Recently, because of the recession, our CiCi's has lowered their price from $4.99 to $3.99.
I think that this is admiral. I am not a fan of the place, but my husband likes it. And because they were kind enough to lower the price, I don't pitch a fit when he wants to eat there.

Good going CiCi's!

Its fine to me. Its not amazing, but I just pick off the toppings and eat a little bit of pizza. Salad, brownies and breadsticks are good!

Plus DF eats an entire pizza himself in one sitting (6'5 and 280) so Cici's is a great price for us. I've eaten at ones in Ohio, Kentucky, and Florida.

As other have said it is pretty good, the salad bar part is decent, the brownie & cinn rolls really good so add a couple of pieces of the BBQ chicken pizza for 5 bucks, for me good deal.
