Can someone enlighten me as to what these snack items are? I see them mentioned alot on these boards. Thanks!

They're two different types of fried dough, sort of similar to doughnuts or funnel cakes.

Churros are Mexican and come in the shape of long hollow sticks (or in Spain, they're short flat sticks, but Disney has the Mexican kind) covered in cinnamon and granulated sugar; you dip them in bitter chocolate.

Beignets are from Louisiana and are shaped like pillows (they're hollow inside) and covered in powdered sugar.

Beignets can be found at Port Orleans French Quarter. They are pastry pillows covered in confectioner's sugar, hollow inside. They taste a lot like funnel cakes and you get 3 for one snack credit.

My daughters got the churros last year at AK and they said they were like BIGGER cinn. twist they get at Taco Bell but mucher better. We laughed about that the rest of the day after that one.:rotfl2:
