Church Service at Christmas??

I don't know where to post this...so Mods, feel free to move this to wherever it belongs.

Is there any type of church service on Disney property. We are going Dec. 19-30 so we'll be there over Christmas, and it would be nice to go to church. We won't have a car, so going off-site is not an option. If anyone knows of any, we would love to hear about it and how to find out more information! Thank you!!

That is correct. Services are only offered for Christmas and Easter onsite.

Thank you! I found information and times about Easter sunday 2007, but not about Christmas yet. I'm assuming it will be almost identical. Thanks for your help!

In the past when we were there for the holidays, they usually had two Catholic masses, like 8AM and 11AM with a Protestant service in between.

All I can find is information on Easter 2007, but I am going to hope that it will be the same for Christmas 2007...

Easter Religious Services will be held on Sunday, April 8, 2007
in the Fantasia Ballroom of Disney's Contemporary Resort.

Catholic Mass 8 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. (services last one hour)

Protestant Service at 9 a.m. (service lasts one hour)

Transportation Information:

Parking at the Contemporary, Polynesian and Grand Floridian Resorts will be heavily restricted.

Only those guests currently staying at Disney's Contemporary Resort, guests who are checking-in,
or guests who have dining or Sammy Duvall Recreation reservations
will be permitted to park at the Contemporary parking lot.

If you are staying at a resort on the monorail line, take the monorail or a boat/launch to the Contemporary Resort.

If you are staying at another Disney resort, take the WDW Bus to the Magic Kingdom,
where you will be able to transfer to a shuttle bus to the Contemporary.

To arrange for taxi service, contact Yellow/Checker Cab at 407-422-2222.

NOTE: As of Sunday, August 11, 2002,
religious services were discontinued at
the Polynesian Resort's Luau Cove.

I don't know if you'd be interested but we took a group to WDW from our Children's Church department a couple of years ago and, at that time, I wrote some Disney World themed devotionals based on the theme parks.
