Christmas-time strategy for first-timer?

The dates for DH & I are Dec 24, 25, 26 - busiest times of the year almost, I know

We plan on spending 1 full day at SW. Which day do you think will be the best/least crowded to go to SW?

No interest in Discovery Cove, and we will use the other 2 days at Universal/IOA.

Probably the 24th or 25th. 26th will be capacity crowds.
