Christmas time must see's at WDW?

So I think we've decided were going to Disney the second week of December which I am super excited about seeing everything Christmas there. What all do we not want to miss?! Is Santa there somewhere? Any special shows we dont want to miss or certain areas/characters for that time of year? I wish Dec wasn't so far away!!

Santa and Mrs Claus are at the American pavilion in Epcot.
Another great Christmas activity is to see the Candlelight Processional at Epcot.

Santa was also in the Contemp lobby last Christmas Eve. I'm not sure if he is there any other days, but it would be worth asking because there were literally 2 people in front of us when I got in line.

Definitely watch the Castle lighting ceremony at MK. I heard a rumor that this year it was going to be Elsa "freezing" it but I don't know if that's true. In the past it's been Cinderella's Fairy Godmother making it look like a glass slipper.

Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights - just incredible.

You can meet Santa and Mrs. Claus in the American Adventure, and there are often different characters from other cultures' Christmas traditions in the various countries.

Not sure if the Jingle Jungle Parade will happen at AK with all the construction for Avatarland.

The gingerbread carousel in the Beach Club lobby was amazing.
