Karen, thank you for all your thoughtful gifts. I could not figure out how you knew all these things- then I realized you must have done some searches of my name. It was like I was a little girl again- when my mom used to wrap every gift in my stocking and fill it with goodies that had been chosen with thought and care. I had tears in my eyes- as I was so overwhelmed with your kindness. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

I checked and it shows my package was delivered to its destination today at 2:59 pm. Now I just need to sit back and wait to see if they find it.

With my very unusual schedule this week we arrived home about 8 PM last night. My son is shooting The Santa Clause 3 movie. He's one of the elves!
Anyway Kayla immediately ran to the door and there was your package for her. She opened it imediately and loved it all.

Included in the package (it would not fit in the beautiful stocking) was:

DH Larry still has not opened your gift. I am very sorry. He was home later than me last night and I was asleep by that time. I forgot to remind him to open it so of course he didn't . I don't know how he can stand not doing it as the anticipation is killing me and the kids. If he doesn't do it tonight we will! I'll post in the morning what he received.

Still nothing in my little corner of the world. I can't beleive that I mailed my package on the mailing deadline day and it had to go coast-to-coast and arrived on Monday...and yet nothing has arrived at my house yet. But given the trouble I have with my mail delivery...I shouldn't be surprised.

I am not surprised at all. Last month I send a package to a friend for her Birthday to a town here in the same metro area and i send it on a Tuesday priority, the same day I send one exchange to Ohio and the one to Ohio arrived on that Thursday, and my friends package arrived that Saturday and it was 45 minutes from my house.

2 Retro Mickey notecards, one from Mickey and the beanstalk, the other from Plane Crazy
A notepad in the shape of an S
A box with really pretty green chandelier earrings and a flower pin in it. Both are totally my style. But... I do not have my ears pierced, as Im allergic, but I have converters that turn normal earings into clip-ons, so Im set. lol. Theyre beautiful!
