Go to Discount Rate board and ask someone there to plug in the dates and the resort you want and they will be able to tell you if the Best Rate will come up. I have seen some folks asking those who have APs to check the site and see if the dates and resorts they want is available with the AP.

If you're an AP holder, then you can do it yourself by going to Disney.com and go to passholder and then plugging in your AP number to access to the site where you can find out if the dates and resorts are available for you. And I am assuming you are interested in the Best Rate AP.
