Christmas Parade Taping Experience

I am looking for advice for my December trip. I know all signs point to the parade taping being the first Friday & Saturday in December. I am considering scheduling Pirates League for that Saturday morning and then heading to another park right after. I know the parade taping is mainly on Main Street, so do you foresee any issues with this plan? Or will it still be really hard to get to the Pirates League and then out of the park? Any thoughts/advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

1. Yes.
2. Nope.
3. Get aboard the Railroad at the Main Street Station, get off at Frontierland and walk around the corner to Pirates.
Train back to Main Street Station to exit.

We were there last year during the taping. We did not view the taping, but chose to enjoy the rest of the park. Lines were great, since everyone was on Main Street and the hub. So I think you would have no problems with your plan. In fact - stay away from Main Street and you just might find it to a be a great day to STAY at the Magic Kingdom! Have fun. Wish I was going!!!
