Christmas parade-snow?

I know if you buy the hard ticket for MVMCP there is snow and cookies w/cocoa, but if you go the week of Christmas, ie the days where there is no hard ticket, will there still be snow?

I think the PP just means you'll be guaranteed to see "snow" at DHS. During the Christmas weeks, traditionally, the Christmas parade runs twice during the day so no snow at that time.
