Christmas Parade on 12/22 or 12/25?

Can anyone tell me if there will be a Christams parade on the 22nd of December?

Looking at the official schedule it only shows this for the 22nd:

Parades and Fireworks

"SpectroMagic" Parade 8:00pm

Wishes™ Nighttime Spectacular 9:00pm

There is no mention of a 3:00 pm parade and this is true for the 25th also.

I thought that I had read somewhere that after the MVMCP was over they would do the Christmas parade at the MK.

This has been the case as far as I know for the past few years. We usually go down the week between Christmas and New Years and the afternoon parade is the Christmas parade. I believe this lasts until January 2 then it goes back to the regular parade. I checked Disney website and you are right, the parade is not mentioned. Hopefully they are just updating their system.

We were at WDW from December 24 through January 1 last year and the MMVCP ran twice each day in the afternoon (minus Christmas day when it was a complete washout!) at 1:00 and 4:00. According to operating hours guide from last year, the twice a day parade starts on Christmas Day. Prior to that (last year the 18th - 24th) the parade ran at 2:00.

We just watched the video from our Christmas trip last night--made me want to go back again for Christmas this year. I had such a great time there last year.

Can't wait until next Friday and family trip #5!

Thanks for the link, but still wondering if the official page is correct or the Dis page. Hopefully either Disney will update or someone else can say for sure.

The Christmas Parade will be presented for day guests in the park this year from December 21-31...

December 21-23 -- 3pm
December 24-31 -- 12:30pm & 3:30pm

This information is what has been issued to the cast...not sure why it is not on the Disney web page... Oversight I am sure.
