Christmas & My Happy Place Equals Perfection. - A Dec 2011 PTR

Didn't get much done so far except I called the Harmony barber Shop and made an appointment for J to get his haircut.

I also printed my info for our dining so I can work on the planner I want to do.

Oh and the kids received pixie dust today pictures to follow later. Off to work on a shirt right now.

I have to tell you I am truly blessed. I have made a lot of life long friends due to messageboards. This has been a rough week between meetings, activities, therapy and Js attitude. Some things are due to ASD and others are just his age but it is trying to decipher which is which LOL. anyway we were sprinkled with pixie dust twice this week.

The first was from my fabulous friend Karen. I met Karen thru scrapbooking years ago. She made us matching mickey hats. There is another pink one but C stole it LOL.

Next yesterday I came home to an envelope from the fabulous D~. Inside were 2 packages one for each kiddo. Along with a heartfelt note that brought tears to my eyes. I told you blessed with wonderful friends.

and next is Cs she was so super excited about it. She started shrieking. It was cute. you have to know Fawn is her absolute favorite fairy.

okay I have even been doing some sewing this week but mostly for Gives that I can't post yet but I did re-do the USA shirt to go with the country skirt. here is a picture of the finished shirt with the skirt. C still loves this skirt.

Totally not sure what I am working on today. Whether I am re-doing the Belle Shirt or working on the Christmas Mater shirt for the boy.

Tonight it is about finishing easy fits and cutting out the Christmas skirt.

Awwww... I am glad you got your gift and I am glad that the kids like their items. Girly, I know I said it in the note I sent you, but you are truly the hardest person to Pixie Dust. LOL I only wish I would have had the time to make something for you too... Maybe next time...

I am just looking for images online and sizing them to my needs and doing one of the few things I can do in photo shop.

It is satisfying my creativity today.

I did finish my MILs calendar and will post pictures later. My goal for today is a pair of shorts and a shirt for the boy and his outfits are done for the trip.

Have I told you that I am getting totally excited. I am like a kid on Christmas morning when it comes to Disney.

In 3 days I can do online check in and I am stoked.

Our family does a countdown to the online check in! On that day we all gather around the computer (except DH...he thinks it is crazy!)while I do the online check in...I then print out a copy of the confirmation for each kid to put in their scrapbook!

Yes we are crazy like that! LOL

I did start on Js last pair of shorts so those will be done tomorrow and I also need to print stitch maps for the shirts I have remaining.

Today I am working on my excel sheet and getting my plastic traveling envie ready to go.

I am also finishing the lightening McQueen Christmas shorts. I still think I can be done with everything by Sunday.

I am not sure if it will work in Word... I've heard of a program (or maybe it's a website) called "Picnik" - I think??? And I seen some pretty neat things come out of that, but I've never used it personally - so I am not sure excatly what you can do with it.

You can do it in word it just takes a bit of finagling. If you want I have a document that I can send you. I originally did editing of tshirt designs from the Creative Dis board in word and I compressed all the knowledge into one Word document at work.
