Ive been on vacations (not Disney persay) during Christmas, and unfortunatly, I was disappointed. For me at least, Christmas wasn't the same, no snow, no warm coozy house, It just didn't seem the same...
I DO!!! like 4 years ago give or take a year, we went down before christmas for mickey very merry christmas party or i guess MVMCP and we were in thre parade....my whole family we were on the first float waving to everyone and pluto and other dancers danced around the float and they played the song " most wonderful time of the year" and we all had on our disney sweatshirts and disney santa hats....mine was green and orange with tigger ears. It was a Disney memory to NEVER forget!!!
I was at WDW the week before christmas last year. (and will be this year too) Anyway they have EVERYTHING decorated...the resorts all have a christmas tree in the lobby, Grand Flordian has a giant gingerbread house, etc. All the parks are decorated, there is garland strung all the way down main street. All the parks have a special version of their fireworks show and parade with a christmas theme. and of course MK has verry Merry Christmas party. There is so much stuff WDW does over the christmas season, but i dont want to go and on.
i love going for christmas at WDW been 2000, 2003, this year and hopefully next year
i like how festive all the parks get. Then there's all the different events like the Osbourne Spectical of Lights (i'm sure i spelt part of that wrong...) at MGM and Christmas Around the World in Epcot. I think it's supposed to be less crowded around this time (as in around 27th November - 14th December this year) as well but it gets alot more crowded the week before christmas (and on christmas day Magic Kingdom's parking lot closes half an hour after the park opens... as i've heard anyway) so it's probably not best to go around that time. (weird giving travel tips in a post about why i love it at christmas time)
