Boy that looks good and juicy, but it's dead and not still moving .... but that is a matter of taste. I like my beef and lamb to put up a fight when I cut it.
Here is Xmas dinner cooking right now on the RVQ here at FW and no I won't tell you my site number since it's all ours and will make a great lunch in a couple of days from the left overs (some sliced on a hard roll and the rib bones with some BBQ sauce on them)
