I am visiting Disney World for the first time this Christmas. Friends have said that the best place to be is Magic Kingdom on Christmas day.
I also hear that MK gets full very quickly and they restrict access.

We would love to be at MK for the parade and fireworks on Christmas day. Can anyone give us tips on when we should go there and will get in.

Also any other Christmas must sees would be great

Thanks

If you want to get into MK you have to go early and plan to stay all day. They max out attendance and close the park to others. This happens on most holidays.

Another must see or do is Candlelight Processional at Epcot. The best way to guarantee seating is to call and book the Candlelight Dinner Package...you can choose what restaurant based on where you want to eat and the price point you want to spend. Then you are guaranteed a seat for this amazing experience. Even with the package you want to line up about an hour before gate opens. If you don't get the package it is almost impossible to get a seat as people start lining up very early in the day to get the leftover seats that aren't filled with the dinner package people. Hope this helps...

We also enjoy listening to the different Santa's from around the World at Epcot. Really fun. and Germany even has a REAL LIFE Nutcracker after their story that you can take pictures with.

Santa's around the world and try to see some of the resorts all decked out for the holiday plus it makes a nice break from the crowds in the afternoon.
