Turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, butter beans, collards, creamed corn, field peas, deviled eggs, tipsy pecan cake, pecan pie, buttermilk pie and probably another type of cake.
Shannon, Tommy makes a mean fried turkey. You can marinate it in undiluted apple juice for atleast 12 hours before frying. The skin will turn black but the meat will not and will not taste burned. Guaranteed to have no leftovers. In fact, we never even had any make it to the table!

And then on Christmas day we go to a buffet at a Hiton on the Beach (or is it a doubletree? guess it doesn't really matter...). I don't really enjoy that very much, would rather have a homemade Thanksgiving type dinner, but that is what SO's family likes to do.....
We'll see.
We've kind of gotten away from that tradition, thank goodness.
