Christmas dining

Hi there. I'm usually on the resort message boards, but I figured I should come over here to ask about dining. We have reservations at WL Dec. 23-30. I have a PS at 1900 PF at the GF for Christmas dinner. However, when I made my ressies last week, the CM told me that Christmas books up FAST. We are in the window for PS and are looking for good sit down restaurants at Disney for the rest of the week. We usually eat on the go at Disney, but this year we went with the dining plan so we plan to have sit down service for dinner each night. Any recommendations? Out of the 15 times we've been to Disney, we have eaten at CP, 1900 PF and Boatwrights, but that's about it. Also, can anyone recommend a dinner show, possibly for Christmas eve? Thanks for the help!

I would try to get the candelight processional package at Epcot (if it's offered with LeCellier) on Christmas Eve, otherwise maybe the Fantasmic Dinner Package at Hollywood Brown Derby at MGM.

Last year we ate Christmas dinner at Chef Mickey's and then went to MGM for Fantasmic. It was a perfect way to spend Christmas, albeit a little rushed.
