Christmas decorations

Which hotels are decorated for Christmas? Do all of them have some decor. up or do some hotels have absolutely no Christmas decorations?

They all have decorations related to their theming. The deluxe resorts really go all out in the decorations.

So, even the values and moderates will have some Christmas decor up? I hope so because I do not the budget for a deluxe this time and would like a little christmas decor around.

All resorts decorate their lobby's and having made a point to visit ALL of the resorts during our December 2004 stay, each and everyone had something different and wonderful.Christmas is our favorite time to go. Enjoy where you stay and try to visit other resorts and enjoy their decoration also.

All of the resorts decorate, and they are going to start decorating next weekend.

Even if you are not staying at a deluxe, you can visit and see the beautiful decorations. Our favorites are GF and the BW.

A fun thing to do is ride the monorail around the MK resort loop and get off at each one. That way you do not have to worry about parking.

I'm fairly sure Swan and Dolphin decorate for Christmas as well but I don't know when they put them up - probably no later than Thanksgiving weekend.

I've really liked CSR's decorations for moderate resorts (I'll see CBRs for the first time in a few weeks) and WLs for the deluxe resorts. If you get the chance, take time to travel around to diffferent resorts and check out their decor.

If you ever get the chance to do the Backstage Tour offered at WDW, they run you by the large warehouse where they store and make new decorations each year. Quite an impressive operation.

I am on a mission to see all Disney resorts and take pictures of the lobby Christmas trees on my trip. The only ones I haven't fit into my schedule are OKW and SSR. I am staying at POR so they are right there, should be able to drive over to them maybe one evening. I can't wait!!!!
