christmas decorations

Traditionally, when are the christmas decorations hung? We are thinking maybe the best time is right after they are up. I thought I read somewhere that they would be displayed by Nov. 5, does anyone know if the first part of Nov. is accurate or did I dream it. We are looking at 2005 going early but, enjoying the festivities. Thanks

The date for the Christmas decos to be up is Nov 5 according to the AP holder newsletter.

Usually around the second week of Nov. the decorations are all up and IASW Holiday is open. The character's will also be in their "holiday finest" and there will be holiday items on the menu(also. don't forget frosting sugar cookies!)There should be fireworks with snow too. The only thing not there yet is the Christmas parade.

We love going in Nov. great time to go!

Yes, Nov 5th is the day. I booked a "short" one-day trip a while back for Nov 7th and found out recently that it will be all decorated and "snowing" on main street while I'm there!!!
