Christmas Decorations

We are planning a trip early December and I am wonder about Christmas decorations.
Do they have them up?
Do they do anything big. Last December we stayed at grand Floridian and they did it big as well as the other deluxe resorts does aulani go big?

deluxe resorts in wdw go much much bigger than aulani...especially the grand floridian (life size gingerbread house that sells gingerbread...unless they stopped doing that)

the xmas decorations are basically just in the lobby...noticeable, but easy to ignore if you wanted to just see aulani and not “xmas aulani”

couple of small-mid size trees, few wreaths, and other things. the gift shop is typically quite obviously filled to the brim with xmas themed merch tho.

We were there early December one year and it was really pretty. Gorgeous lobby decorations but nothing like the WDW resorts. It's understated and tropical and gorgeous.

They will be up, but it's nowhere near as grand as WDW or DL. But WDW doesn't have a surfing Santa!
