Christmas Day DME Departure Time??

Last time we were in Disney during the Christmas holiday, we left very early in the morning Christmas Day and DME picked us up 4 hour prior to flight.

This year we're taking the last flight home @ 8:55 p.m. so we can spend some of Christmas Day in Disney. But should we anticipate being ready at the same 4 hour prior to flight pickup? Trying to make Christmas Day plans and its hard not knowing how soon we'll need to be ready to go (I'm aware of the "be there at least 15 minutes prior to pickup time.)

I would plan for 4 hours, yes. Typically between Thanksgiving and Christmas, wait times are greatly increased at the airport.

I'm going to take a wild guess that MCO will be packed Christmas Day. Thank God for TSA PreCheck but even with that i'm not holding my breath we'll be through that line any faster.

Maybe you'll be pleasantly surprised and it will stay at 3 hours before, but I'd plan for 4 just in case.
