Christmas Day Dinner at Disney World

We will be at Disney World for Christmas Day. 12 days at AKV!! We know the parks are going to be crazy so will are trying to not go in. We instead want to view the Hotels that day. Maybe a carriage ride. We are looking for recommendation for dinner. I was thinking about the Wave or Il Mulino because we could then park at these hotels to view them. Any suggestions.
