Christmas day crowds in epcot

We have dinner reservations in Epcot at 7PM on Christmas day. Is it safe to wait until 3Pm to get into the park?
Also how bad is it Christmas morning to get into the magic kingdom. I understand it opens at 7AM what time would you suggest getting to the entrance?

I'm not sure about Epcot. We spent Christmas Day in MK last year and we got there at rope drop. We left by noon b/c the park was so full. I've read several places that the park is likely to fill to capacity that day and usually by mid morning.
