Christmas day at WDW

We spent our first Christmas at WDW last year and what I planned worked out great. There are so many options of what to do that day, but heres what we did...
We were staying at the Poly and took the monorail to the MK first thing. We were able to ride up in front and watch the sun coming up over the water. This was a magical start to our day. We arrived about 15 minutes before opening. I know people say its crazy to be there on that day, but there was just something about being at the MK on Christmas that I really wanted to do. Since we traditionally have a big breakfast on Christmas morning, I had booked the Castle breakfast today. This was another magical touch to Christmas day for us. We were able to get in 4 rides(all walk ons) before breakfast. After we ate we made a quick call home then escaped from the crowds. ;)
We wanted to resort hop today to check out some decorations at hotels we hadnt seen. We went right to POR and after some exploring there, took the boat to DTD to make a transfer. From there we hopped a bus to Pop Century. After that we decided to play mini golf at Winter/Summerland. From there we went to Carribean Beach to explore and we had "dinner" at the food court.
We had a sleigh ride from the Wilderness Lodge booked at 6:00, but headed back to the Poly first to grab out jackets. Arriving early at WL we did some exploring and had a drink in the lounge before our ride. On our way back to the Poly 1 DS crashed so I returned to the room with him while DH took our other DS to the arcade for a while.
We really had a great day! :D

This past Christmas, my family had a weird approach. We got up early and had our little Christmas in the room. When we were done, we went to POR for a breakfast at Boatrights(I think). After that, we hit AK, which was great because it was relatively empty. Following that, we went to Epcot, which we decided was too crowded, so we went to MGM. By now, it was late evening, and my parents and youngest brother were done for the day, so they returned to the room. My other brother, my fiance, and myself decided to close MGM, which let us ride TOT over and over again. We also rode RnRC multiple times. Since we are young and crazy, we decided to park hop to the MK, which we also closed. Once again, it was relatively deserted because it was so late. It was so fun to hit all four parks in one day, especially when that one day is Christmas day. Now, my fiance didn't really want to stay at MGM with my brother and I, but he did it. He also didn't want to go to MK because he was so tired, but he did it. Man, that is love! Anyway, my brother and I are hard core, so if you are traveling with young kids, our plan wouldn't work. We barely survived it...heheh.
