Christmas Cruising 2005

Kris: Hang in there. Those darn first set of cards will appear, of course too late now huh. My fobbles included leaving my blood pressure medicine in a cup last night finding it tonight and realizing I didn't take it last night, ok I misplaced my wallet too. Time for a nap today, just so much fatigue. I'm keeping Dan and family in my prayers, it's a hard time waiting. Thinking of all you guys.

Jim and I are possibly doing the 28th July depends on price of course, any more!!

Grim Griswold, you crack me up!
I would so love to have a CCEVRT! Chad says "awesome!!!!!" You could put the tots in backpacks and trek across Europe for a week or two before the cruise!
I know!!! Dede, Lynn, Nan, Tig, Jill, Kris and I can all be pregnant at the same time. and cruise with a bunch of babies in 2007! Paul, cancel that snip snip appointment, quick!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm really playing with the idea of going. It's just so much money that could be used for so many other things. We'll see, anything is possible, right?

Nan, the photos you posted don't do the house justice! Let's see some more clearer ones! I so hope you get it. Lemme make Chad some fries, and I'll be back!

LYMI,

Oh, they will, but I will never know since it looks like the PE/Computer teacher misplaced them. I gave them to the Music/Art teacher, asked her about them a couple of days later, and she said she gave them to the PE/Computer teacher! OH, well, they have gone home now! Now I only have orders due the 9th, and conferneces to do the 21st & 23rd, with a no kid day the 20th, so not so bad. OH, YEAH, and I need to actually teach those kiddos again! (and my checking is a bit behind these days...not unusual for me)

Still not up to speed...think I'll veg on the couch tonite. Cereal for dinner! :stir:

Nite!
Kris
PS WHERE did this Europe idea come from??!!

Kris, check out the (Un)-Official Mediterranean Cruise 2007 thread. It's my new hobby! :rotfl2:

 Hi Guys!

It's nice to see everyone popping in ... so much news~

I still have my fingers crossing for ur own private dump on the beach Nan and Paul, if it doesn't come thru it wasn't meant to be. Keep looking-something at HMB is meant for you, just maybe not this one :confused3

-Xtra Hugs to the family-

Kris, one day at a time kid...I hear ya about your vacation having been so crazy, it was nice to run into you when I did. Next time we will HAVE to do something a little slower paced :faint:

Hey Lynn! Say Hi to hubby for me. It was nice having our time together that we had during the cruise as well. You are both fabulous people! (Jim that goes for you and your family too ;) )

Aisling, keep those dreams rolling girl-that's what keeps me happy! Europe and Babies! OhMY!!!

Give the boys a hug for me...next time you and I meet I'll have to insist that we include the hubbies this time. They are both such private people but I know they are both great guys~they have to be with the great kids we each raised :)

Mickey and Minnie?!?!?! Twins would be such a blessing...but of course John would have to get a sidecar or Dede would have to get her own bike. Maybe a trike with a sidecar-the whole family could ride together :) I'm not a rider but I looooved being a passenger, still do :moped:

I've been busy at work, the boss went away to a show in vegas then utah so I've been helping mind the store while he was away...come on Friday! Mama needs a day off ---

No more babies for me please---my son turns 20 tomorrow~ I'll gladly join you on that vacation but it'd be without towing toddlers thank you...

ok post me the link...I don't have the brain power to find the europe cruise, but we should go...plan us for 4, I'm done....maybe you old mom's should invite grandchildren :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl2: that's as funny as us having more yes?

We are still looking for another HMB house, we even considered a really nice fixed up one, same price, but it wasn't our type of house, too clean too nice, we need a floor to track the dirt in on.

It will come, maybe not this month or year, but it will come. We may consider selling our house and moving into our rental in the meantime, but not sure on that either. Lots of ideas in the air. Want to see what mom wants to do also. She keeps telling me she wants to be in HMB, but that pulls her away from the other 3 sisters. Time will tell.

I say get the mini van now make it easy on yourselves....

Nite nite,

Nan

I tried making the pictures lighter. Could you post it bigger so we can really admire it.

This was posted by Sea Spray on the "IT'S SEMI OFFICIAL MAGIC SAILING TO EUROPE"

Repo cruises will be 14 nights each. The summer cruises will be 10- and 11- night cruises. The repo to bring the Magic back to USA sets sail on Saturday, August 18, 2007 and arrives back at Port Canaveral on Saturday, Sept 1st. This means my DSs would not miss ANY school if we do the repo cruise!! :sunny:

P.S. My TA indicated that bookings wouldn't be opening up until some time in April. So there's time to save up for the deposit :teeth:

**DISCLAIMER**
As it was explained to me, the dates are set; it was leaked by people inside Disney, and *some* travel agents are already aware of this information, and are confident in it's validity.

I was thinking about a Aug 2007 cruise & some of the ladies from the rink want to go. I just read some of the thread & the price they are talking is a tad high. Maybe a 7 day western will be the ticket. The Europe cruise does sound tempting

Things are tough here. Jack will be home through the week, and now Hailey isn't feeling well...but that is the good news...

Dan just called me that he is at his father's side at his stepmom's urging. Breathing has become labored. It seems imminent. Dan's brother isn't due into Omaha until later tonight. I told Dan that they need to TELL his father that, so that maybe he can hold on until then. :guilty:

My sweet teammate has taken all 40 fifth graders into her room so that I may get my ducks in a row for tomorrow and in case I am not here next week. I am in pretty good shape there.

This sucks. But the circle of life...doesn't mean we have to like it.

Kris

sorry Kris :grouphug:

The rest of you money is for spending start saving now I want to see you all in the Med ( well on the med, but you know what I mean!) in Aug 2007 ...come on 11 whole nights on board think of the fun we could have right! :woohoo: Grim and Dede all these built in baby sitters how can you turn it down... Chad that's my boy you've got the right attitude.. bring it on :cool1:

Nan, is that a fire hydrant in front of your house???? :rotfl2: (I'm sorry, but that's hilarious!)

Hi Jill!

Happy 20th Birthday to Adrian! party:

Kris, hugs to you all. :grouphug:

Ok..I'm off tomorrow...my son's 20th birthday was a success....

Here is the picture I posted on today's DCL pic-a-day thread...

CruiseVaca004.jpg

Sorry to hear about Dan's dad Kris..P&PD to you guys as well ...

Yes what's wrong with a fire hydrant???? See I told you that you'd all flip out at what a piece of crap it is :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :lmao:

The just means that no one can park on the corner and when we go up in flames we'll be saved, darn it, it should burn to the ground the day after we get it and then we can rebuild, wouldn't that be wonderful!!!

Happy Bday Adrian :cheer2:

He has to be one of the Dodson grandson's ya know....each Dodson (my madien name) girl has had a baby boy born in Feb. The oldest on the 2nd, the next on the 9th, then lee's on the 18th, and Wilson the 24th. Kinda wierd huh? Tigg, you just have to know that you're one of us.

I mentioned Dec Florida to Paul and he looked at me for a moment, like we can dump the kids and go, but not really, just a weak moment.

Kris: I'm with you guys in prayer and thoughts.

Going to chruch to meet our minister to plan the memorial check ya later,

Nan
