Hi All!

Happy early birthday, Tig! I'm afraid I'll miss it if I don't say it now!


So the ultrasound went well. She was so far head down that we couldn't see her face, but she's still a girl, they said all looks well, and best they can tell she's about 7 lb, 4 oz at the moment. That's not bad!

No Piper yet (hopefully she'll hold out till at least the end of the day - I really didn't want her birthday to be Sept. 11th).

I still don't think she's coming until Sept 21st. Of course, I get hit upside the head everytime I say that...

It this Alienware?? Jesse has been BEGGING me to get him an Alienware system, but it was really too expensive (especially since he and Chad are getting LCD TVs for Christmas). So I got him a HP laptop instead. Poor child!

Dede and Grim I don't know if you remember but way back when you told us your news I shared with you all that a young friend of ours told us he was going to become a dad this September. Well yesterday morning 9am baby Lillie Marie entered the world, 7lb 5oz. I'll try and post a pic in a minute.
her due date was the 22nd Sept.
Hope everything goes well for you, I understand your thoughts about the 11th, I hope Piper stays put for a bit longer

Hi All!

Aisling, I guess Grim thinks that I'm too busy to read the boards. He almost got away with that expensive little secret!

Tig, I AM SO ready! I think that Saturday sounds good. Grim's paternal Grandfather's birthday was the 16th, too, so that would be great. Plus I like the idea of Piper just showing up on her own, rather than being induced.

Speaking of being induced, I have been scheduled for Monday night at 9pm. So please keep your fingers crossed that Baby Piper decides before then that it is time for her to arrive.

Lillie is so pretty! She looks a lot like her Mom, doesn't she? Her due date is on my birthday. That would have been sweet, but I'm sure her Mom is glad that she came a bit early. Thanks for sharing, Lynn!

Well, I need some rest! Keep you all posted of any news.

I remember thinking that I didn't want an induction with Molly (too many horror stories) but I have to give you my good induction story with Wilson. (Miss Molly arrived on her own, with the threat of induction coming that next morning)

Wilson was a walk in the park, Molly was not. That was my story and I'm sticking to it.

Okay, just realized that now Molly is a walk in the park and now Wilson is not. Moral of the story you get what you get and you can't control it.

But seriously, have faith in your doctor to make the right call. The drugs do affect people differently, but my case was really good and since we both love that mouse so much yours would be too (I hope)

Grim, haven't you learned by now that we always find out !!!! Never hide from your wife, she KNOWSSSSSSSSS...

Late night for me, just finished my clients books for the 2005 returns to go to the CPA for filing, I'm wiped.

Come one Piper! Saturday's almost here!

I'll be checking in from my new Blackberry starting saturday. My fam, my sister's fam, my mom and fil & stef's parents are going to NC that day for vacation...Stef's parents (Rose & Ed) & John & me & maybe Rose's sis & bil will have the house to ourselves for the second week. Everybody else has to be back at work/school after the first.

This is my first real time off since we returned from the cruise, I am sooooo ready.

Just got back from Tom and my solo cruise...it was awesome! We basically did nothing! Hooray!

I am soooo ready for this vacation, my son and I were just planning how many different ways we can do nothing while we're there.

...I'll give you an idea of how...we are taking 2 longboards (skateboards), 2 skateboards (& 2 skateboarders), a surfboard, 4 skim boards & 2 boogie boards, oh yeah, and our 2 dogs

Fellow Christmas Cruisers, this is Tif.

Tif is a fellow cruiser I met over on the DCL pic a day thread. She loves Disney as we do, has a beautiful young family (2 boys & a girl right Tif?) cruised around Christmas last year and recently returned from another they went on in August.

Hi all! I was actually on this thread earlier this year. We did sail over Christmas with y'all last year! How I am going to miss it this year! We finally have one in high school and she is an athlete! We were the couple that got the Don "Ducky" Snow White painting. Prior to cruising last Christmas, we had not posted or even really read much on the boards. Since though...What a great site!!!!
Tig...thank you for the kind words on the photo!!! You really know how to make one feel special! And you were right...we have 2 boys and a girl! That adds up to a boat load of chaos!!!
