Christmas Challenge

It is 25 days until Christmas. I am challenging myself to do 25 minutes of exercise everyday until Christmas. It does not have to be anything difficult. A walk or a yoga routine. Surely I could do 625 minutes between now and Christmas.

Anybody in?
 
Hi Dona, I'm in! I like the idea of 25 minutes a day! We can do this!

the only problem I have is that I am on call 8 days between now and then, in case I get called in and don't have the time that day, it will be OK for me!
 

Good Monday Morning Dec 1st. I plan to walk outside today after I get off of work. It is pretty warm here and it will start to cool down this afternoon. Tomorrow I need to work out in themorning since I have a meeting tomorrow after school .


ANyone else want to jump in. Welcome aboard all the newcomers.
 
I've not done this before. Are we to check in each day with progress?

I walked on the dreadmill for 32 minutes and 10 minutes of weights.

Easy-cheesy. My dog and I walk at least 30 minutes before work every morning. Now if it rains or snows between now and then...shopping mall here I come! :thumbsup2
 
You can either check in weekly or daily.

Yesterday I was going to walk outside but by the time I got home a cold breeze was blowing so I rode my exercise bike while watching Oprah talk to Barbara Walters. It was a great show.

This morning I overslept by 10 minutes which threw me completely off so I will have to work out when I get home. Fortunately a meeting I had for this afternoon has been cancelled.

i'm in, i have not worked out in a week b/c of holiday business and i can not continue this trend!!

i was trying to talk myself into the fitness center today ---- thanks for the push!
 
I didn't work out yesterday so I am 25 m inutes behind. I did get in 25 minutes of pilates this morning. I am hoping to walk 25 minutes this morning when I get a break.

I am a little scared about the pilates this morning. The last time I did this workout I was sore the next day but I found out a week later that it was the shingles and not the workout. Then on my way to school this morning I got a stabbing pain in my stomach. It has since gone away but it unnerved me just the same.

How is everyone else doing?
 
Been really cold, but Misty has been a trooper and we have done our walk every day. Granted she is long haired dog, so maybe I am the one being the trooper! ;)

I am still 25 minutes behind but other that that I am keeping up. Last night was walking while waiting for a friend to come to the house and this mornign was yoga.

How is everyone else doing? I am up to 75/625 so far.
