Christmas came early

So we went to DBF's parents' house on Saturday (they left yesterday to spend Christmas with his sister and her family in NY) so we got our AP vouchers!!!!!! They got us the So Cal passes with the bonus gift cards!! OMG, we were sooooooooooooo excited!!!!!! We also got a cute framed pin with our passes.

So, yesterday DBF started to "plan" a vacation for same weekend I've already planned our trip. He was going to call the time share today to see if there was room and he was going to request time off and he wanted me to as well....so I told him about his birthday trip. OMG, he was soooooooooooo excited!!!! He was super happy and couldn't stop smiling. Then he asked about taking time off and was worried because he wasn't sure he could get any and he wanted to know the dates, so I put the dates into his phone and told him I'd taken care of his days off. He looked puzzled and asked me how so I told him I'd emailed his boss and asked him and it was not a problem at all. He was shocked, told me he'd been telling people at work he thought I might be planning a trip to DL but he wasn't sure, told me that his co-workers did a GREAT job keeping this a secret. He was floored that so many people knew and no one had blown it for me. So, bottom line, he's super excited, can't wait to get there and he needs his own countdown on his computer at work so he can see it every day. LOL I need to update my siggie so it's not a surprise anymore. LOL

I can't wait to meet up with some of you guys while we are there, I'm waiting impatiently for Nancy to post the mini meet thread....LOL

Tracer, we are both beyond thrilled!!! And I was beyond thrilled to be able to save so much money on his birthday trip! LOL

It's very close Krissy Marie, I can hardly wait to be honest. I'm so excited I don't know if I can stand it! LOL Luckily there is Christmas in a couple of days and my next 2 work weeks are short so that should help a lot! LOL

Princess, yes, we are going to anticipate it together. But we are going to avoid talking about it in front of the girls, they will be sad that they aren't going. BUT, we are going to see what we can do around the beginning of February to get them down there. I know they won't want to wait until May to go, which was going to be the plan if I was buying the AP's. LOL
