Christmas breakfast!!!

With hubby deployed to Iraq right now I'm taking the kids to Disney for Christmas. Deceided this only a couple of days ago that I didn't want to wake up Christmas morning with daddy gone. So bought some plane tickets,happened to get a postcard in the mail (YEAH Finally got a bargain room rate $49 at the allstars). Than I thought the ultimate would be to have Christmas breakfast with the characters but didn't think I could possibly find anything on such a popular morning. But I made a wish and called disney dining and low and behold got my first choice which was at the poly! So we're having Christmas breakfast with Mickey!! She offered me a princess breakfast but, in addition to my 9 year old DD (who would have LOVED that ) I have a 14 year old DS, who would have not enjoyed it at all. We have never done a character meal before so I'm really excited, I told the CM she was going to make me cry I was so happy!!!

awww... what a great mom you are... i think disney for christmas, esp w/mickey at breakfast, is a great idea! congrats on getting that ps!

and i will echo the others in telling your dh that there are some very appreciative and thankful people here at the dis... i'll continue to keep him and all our servicemen and women and their families, in my prayers!
