Christmas @ BLT!

Originally had a 1 bedroom garden/pool view @ BWV for Dec. 14-18 and called back this morning and was able to switch to a dedicated 2 bedroom Bay Lake view and it was only like 50 more points! I can't wait for Christmas time @ BLT & it's gonna be awesome to be able to just walk to MK for MVMCP & not have to deal w/ the bus craziness! Contemporary has always been my favorite resort so I was thrilled when BLT was announced and now I've been lucky enough this year to get BLT for my b-day in October & now again in December!

Hi DVCRSheridan,
Congratulations on being able to book Christmas time at BLT. I think that will be fantastic to go from a one bedroom to a two bedroom and at BLT. I called a few days ago and switched my December reservation (around the same dates as you) from Wilderness to BLT. I could not believe there was availability.

I am hearing of more and more people booking at BLT that own at other resorts. I am wondering if this will continue or if it is just because the resort is so new and members are not yet booking there. I love Wilderness and will continue to stay there though I would love to be able to get BLT once in awhile.

Have a great trip and keep counting the days. It will be here before you know it.

That is awesome! I stayed at CR last year & went to MVMCP & it was great to walk "home" after. Have a great time!
