Christmas at the White House

Did anyone see the HGTV special last night on decorating the White House. It was wonderful. It was incredible watching them put it all together in 72 hours. This years theme is characters from children's books. A&E has a special on the White House tonight not sure if it will be as good. The HGTV show will be reshown on Sunday night and then next Friday night. So set those VCR's.

DS and I watched and taped it. We've been doing this about 3-4 years now. It's alot of fun to see how that all comes together. I love seeing the new themes each year. I still think my favorite is the snow one about 3 yrs. ago.

My brother Harry was invited to the White House at Christmas time many years ago.

He said it was beautifully decorated.
