Hiya! Welcome to my first ever pre-trip report. I am not a newbie to the Disboards though because I have been part of this community since around our first trip in 2005. I decided that we are now an official Disney family after six trips to WDW and a jaunt to the west for Disneyland so I wanted to delve into trip reporting. My goal is to be so entertaining through this pre-trip report that anyone visiting Walt Disney World around Christmas 2015 will have such a desire to meet our crazy family that we might hve a mini-meet up. I'm very excited to share all of my planning, plus my darling husband (Goofy), is more than happy to share my planning discussions virtually so that his ear doesn;t bleed pixie dust for 345 days
Most of all after this many years of visiting the boards I really want to build some connections with people just like me that love everything Disney!!
So, you might be asking "Who are you?" I'm Marie. I am a lifelong Disneyphile that has committed my life to helping others reach dreams. My most recent gig was spent with eight years as the coordinator of an adult education program to help people access education and build upon educational skills in order to build a better life. As of this month I am a full time Grad student in my final semester of completing a Master of Public Administration degree. Besides working on campus two days a week to pay tuition I am also interning for the next 4 months at the United Way and the Pennsylvania Department of Education. I am busy, busy so in order to relax, decompress, get rid of the stress and to relax I plan trips. Best news ever is that this year I get to plan a couple!!
In the next post pic's of me and my beautiful family will be unveiled.
