We'll be spending this Christmas at BWV with my parents. (Six of us in the same room? A mistake? I'll report back afterwards. :D ) We've only been members for a year (bought a resale at OKW) and have never stayed at BW, so I don't know the answer to this question - but I'm sure someone else does...

Does BW offer a room-service-style Christmas dinner? I seem to recall something on the web page last year regarding Thanksgiving, but I paid no attention to it, nor can I remember whether there was any mention of Christmas.

Thanks.

We were there in 1999 and there was no in room Christmas Dinner offered. We ended up eating at a wonderful buffet at the Beach Club. My only advice is to make PS early, from Christmas thru New Years. We had problems getting seating at some of our favorite restaurants during favored times. (We could eat dinner at 4:00 or 10:00 but not in between!).

Well, at least with only six people, you can get away with one studio. <Duck and Cover> :D :jester: :p ;)

Sure....they can get away with one studio but can they pool hop? Nope!

However, if they say the secret password, Disney Valet will waive the $6.00 parking fee!

Geez, I go away for a couple of days and discover that the Marx Brothers have forged various replies to my original post.

Actually, I was going to make a humorous comment regarding having 6 people in a room but I decided I was mature enough to take the high road and resist temptation. For a change. :D Besides, the 6 of us are in a 1BR, not a studio. :p

I'm curious to know which four people are sleeping in the king size bed? Just how CLOSE is your family????:smooth: I say this jokingly and NOT FLAMINGLY!! ;)

Actually, we have the perfect solution. My DW and I get the bedroom, after all - they're our points. My parents get the sofabed - my dad's almost up before I go to bed and I know the sofa will be folded up and ready to go by the time I arise (even on EE days). And our kids sleep on the floor with sleeping bags, because Lord knows we can't get them to make their beds anyway. If they would make their beds we'd seriously consider getting a 2BR and real beds for them to sleep in. Actually, we're considering taking away their beds at home for a couple of reasons: (a) we're tired of their rooms always looking a mess, and (b) to prepare them for the upcoming BWV stay.

Given the current stream of this thread, I'd better throw in a :D for the humour impaired.

My, but we've strayed off topic. We will ask for no further posting at this time. There is a thread behind us ready to pull in...
