Will everyone please say a prayer for me. I'm having a rough week. The devil is really trying to test me. But I know that God is in control. I'm fasting today only allowing myself to drink water and eat fruit. I need to meditate and clear my mind. If not I feel as if I'm going to burst.

Actually I would like to add to the prayer list concerning a rough time myself. Kim, when you posted above and when Sarah posted Psalm 23...well let's just say I can truly relate right now. I am finding myself confused and I need to constantly be pushing down the lies of fear, doubt and worry that seem to be plaguing me recently. I too am trying to really seek the Lord's face and not just His hand and trying to focus on knowing His heart. I know that seeking Him will only clear things up for me..even if I am still walking in the fog!! I'm not sure I am making sense. I have wrestled with posting about my need here for a long time, because I thought maybe things would get better. I know my Father and I know He is teaching me and I would just appreciate a few genuine simple prayers during a personal, dry time and for clarity in decision making. ~TIA~

Hi Sis, I am so glad it's friday too! And that is kinda of scary that the phones aren't ringing, since you work in office I would think they would ring a lot. We could all call you at work, then the phones would be ringing for sure! LOL ( sorry I could not help myself) And how is your new position going?

Today is a wonderul day for me, because it is one of my really good friends Birthday today! And I got to go out to lunch with one of my friends that I don't get to see that much.

I just wanted to say that God has truley blessed me with such a loving group of individuals. What I mean is I'm talking about you reading this. You guys are an awesome group of individuals. Thank you so much for praying for me. The power in prayer comes in numbers. Just from posting here the other day, my week actually mellowed out. Thing fell into place, and what did not fall where I wanted it to fall. I relized that, it's just not in God's plan for me right now. I just want to say thank you to each and every one of you. Your love that God has showered upon you has truley been shared with me and others. Thank you again!

Kim/Everyone I received an answer to something I had been worrying about late this past week too. It was an answer I wasn't expecting...but certainly I'm learning that God's timing is not mine.
Thanks so much for your prayers here and the support and love I feel from you all! I am trusting God to meet my needs and HOLD ME!

More specifically also, I would ask for prayer for me with some possible job opportunities as I am leaving my current position. There are details I am taking care and others I have to leave in God's hands. Isn't it assuring to know He knows where I'll be and has it in His "Plans for Jill" ?!?!

Next weekend I will be going on a Women's retreat with my mom's church. I am really looking forward to spiritual enrichment there...I will also be on the beach(my fav. place 2B)!! WOOOHOOO! Please pray for health until then and safety in travel. My niece Jess, my mom, my aunt, my two SIL's and some good friends will be there as well!
