Love those verses Jill! Now I'm singing them.

When I was reading my Bible this morning I came across a scripture that I am sure I've read 100's of times before but today it really popped out at me. It's the middle part of Hebrews 11:16 where it says "...Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God..." This is after it talks about all the great men and women of faith. It made me stop and think, would God be ashamed to be called my God or would He proudly say I am the God of Michelle as He did Abraham? Just something to ponder today...

Michelle, what an awesome observation in Hebrews and what a calling for us to be known as Saints of the Most High! Thank God that through His Son Jesus' sacrifice I have been made acceptable and pleasing to the Father. He is no longer ashamed of ME only because of my standing in Jesus Christ! As a child of His, I am made new and called to live a life in His Power and to His Glory!

So...may I desire to live for him and live in the holy example of the Saints!
