So I would like to visit WDW for the F & W festival as well as MNSSHP - with decent weather - however I would like to go when it's not INSANELY packed!!! I can go at anytime - no kids - any advice??? when would the best time be? last week of sept or more like last week of October?

THANKS in advance :)

The key to avoiding F&W crowds is to go early in the day and middle of the week. I think the last weeks of September and October see relatively similar crowds.

We were there the last week of September 2012. We went to MNSSHP on the last Tuesday of the month and it wasn't too crowded. We watched the second parade from the Train Station area where there were a lot of available spaces curbside.

Two days later, Thursday, we went to the F&W Cast Preview which was open to all guests. No lines and the food was great. Some CMs were still getting used to the registers, but overall, it was a great, non-crowded way to try all the kiosks.
