Hello :cool1:

I never thought choosing a room would prove so hard - but it is just that. Here is where I'm at:

Deluxe Room (Building 2) - Apparently just been completely renovated (a fairly fresh room is important to us)

Kids Bunk Deluxe Room (Building 1) Near freeway - Looks fun, the kids are sold, but it looks a little small, opinions, did the fun out way the small for anyone?

Superior/Premium Room (Building 1) Facing DL, for a view of the fireworks, and might be renovated by the time we visit.

I'd love your thoughts on these rooms if anyone here has recently visited, which did you prefer?

We always stay at the HoJo and can not complain about any of the rooms we have been in. Our family favorite is the building 1 Disney view room. We love looking out at the Matterhorn and being able to see the fireworks from our balcony. But should you choose a room in another building, you can still see the fireworks from the hottub/water park area. We have had 5 in this room with no problem. If you go with the kids suite, I believe these are larger rooms, facing the freeway. They are well insulated however, and the noise should not be a problem.

My family has really enjoyed the kids' suites. They do face the freeway but the noise is not at all a problem, and we always had plenty of space for the five of us.

We are in building one right now then the view is fantastic of the park.

Building one is sounding like where we need to be. Does it seem like there is any renovations going on with the rooms in that building?

Hi! Just be aware that the bunk room you are looking at has Junior-sized bunk beds, not the full like the Kid's Suite. If your kids like bunk beds and are small enough, than I would get the room with bunk beds because it's fun for kids to sleep in bunks if they don't have them at home. Otherwise, I think either one of the other two rooms would be very nice. If you have the Premium Queen in building 1 you can watch the fireworks from your balcony, and you will be close to the giftshop, which is convienient. On the other hand, Building two is close to the Garden Pool which is heated, and you have a nice laundromat:laundy: in building #2. Building 2 used to be the quietest and had the most trees. I don't know if that's true anymore. Hope this helps!

One more thing to think about is that Bunk room will not have a microwave, the other two will.

We stayed in Building 1 with a view of the parks this weekend and it was fantastic! We were able to watch the fireworks from our room while in our PJ's the first night. Normally we stay in the standard double rooms, which I think are quieter, but we really enjoyed being able to see the park from the room.
