Choosing between ADRs.

So, we're headed to WDW on June 18th and I'm beyond excited. After finding out that I would be going, I knew that I wanted to go to Be Our Guest more than anything. So I started doing some research into which restaurants were the best. I found out I was going to WDW on the 11th of March. My really good friend is getting married on the 25th. Originally, I was headed down on the 24th to do WWoHP before heading back to the wedding on the 25th. Then coming back home. After I talked to my dad, he decided he wanted to come as my plus one. And then our trip slowly evolved into 9 days down there.

Here's my thing. At Disney, I want to have fun. Because I don't know when I'll be back. So basically, I got caught up in all of the AMAZING pictures of the food at Disney. And I'm having a hard time deciding on ADRs for my time there.

Day One (Arrival): Beignets at POFQ because I've been dreaming of them since 2005 since my mom and sister went to Disney for a cheer competition.
2pm: Raglan Road
9:15pm: 'Ohana

Day Two: Nothing yet. Originally, this was my WWoHP day.

Day Three: Epcot
7:45am: The Wave
2:30pm: Le Cellier

Day Four: Magic Kingdom
12:20pm: Be Our Guest FP+
7:40pm: Yachtsman Steakhouse

Day Five: Animal Kingdom
1:05pm: Tusker House

Day Six: Hollywood Studios
2:05pm: Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant

Day Seven: TBD
8:00am: Boma

Day Eight: The Wedding!!
Brunch
Return to Epcot; possibly have dinner there.
Dessert Reception.

Day Nine: Go home.

As for day two and day seven, if WWoHP is open after the 20th of June, I'll just switch those days. So I'd plan for day two what I'd planned for day seven instead.

There were a few restaurants I was looking into. I had heard amazing things about Flame Tree, Chefs de France, Hollywood Brown Derby, and the Flying Fish Cafe.

I was wondering if I should get rid of Tusker House to have Flame Tree? TH really was interesting to me because of the dessert buffet.

Anyway. I was really debating between HBD and FFC. :confused3 But any advice you guys have to impart, I will be most grateful for. :)

Thank you so much for your time!

Where are you staying? You have some early morning breakfast at resorts that might be hard to make. Are you on the dining plan? I love Tusker House but I don't know that I would pay for it (you have more than 8 credits allotted) if I could use a Quick Service credit at Flame Tree. If you are paying out of pocket and don't mind the added expense then that's a great choice.

Good questions!!! We're staying at Port Orleans French Quarter for days one through four. Then five through nine we'll be at Old Key West. We'll also have a rental car because I heard that Disney transportation can be rough.

I couldn't see paying $60 per person on DDP when our meal expenses per day likely wouldn't reach that. So we're out of pocket.

So maybe the question should be simplified to: keep Tusker House or go to Flame Tree?

And: which would be a better food experience: Brown Derby or Flying Fish??
