Choose one restaurant

I would recommend Chef's de France if you happen to like the choices on the Prix Fixe menu. It is only one credit on the dining plan (assuming you have the regular dining plan), but includes an appetizer (and I always have to get the French Onion soup there!)

Restaurant Marrakesh definitely wins for me. I had never tried Moroccan food before my family visited there in '88, and it's now my favorite world cuisine. Finding good Moroccan food is really hard, even in the diverse urban area where I live, so Marrakesh is always on my must-do list when I visit WDW.
My 2nd choice would be Boma or Jiko - both had interesting food I don't usually see.

I'm definitely a fan of anything that introduces me to a new culture!

Chefs de France and Restaurant Marrakesh are my favorites but so many new places have opened since we where there last!

That said, if I could only do one TS it would be either HDDR (;)) or CG timed to watch the fireworks. They are unique experiences only found at WDW.

Thank you to everyone who has responded to my post! It’s great to be able to have such a vast amount of experience to draw from!

None of Disney's buffets. Boma was good first time we ate there, really bad the second (hair in two different plates, food not cooked correctly, etc.). California Grill brunch is by far the best meal we've had at Disney. Other than that, I'd focus on signature restaurants--Narcoossee's, Yachtsman, or Flying Fish are all good.

If you had to choose only one restaurant to go to in all of WDW which one would you choose? Ground rules: Not Victoria and Alberts, keep best use of DDP in mind
If you could eat at one place only ever - CA Grill. Inside a Park - Cinderella's Castle.

Unprecedented view from CA Grill. Food is pricey and we avoid the entrees at dinner; we eat salad & sushi here. Sunday Bruch is too much food, but might be amongst the 'best meals' we've had at Disney.

Inside Cinderella's Castle is a one-n-done kinda' place for many folks, but certainly charming for a one-n-done.

Honorable mentions: Sci-Fi Dine-In in Hollywood Studios is the quietest meal at Disney (that is not Victoria & Albert), but the food is 'meh'....50's Prime Time is an enjoyable time for many adults, with theming sometimes lost on young kids.....the Lion King package at Tiffins is 'worth it'.....Capa, BlueZoo & Shula's are my choices for 'best food' (that is not Victoria & Albert) .....and Hoop Dee Doo Review is fun enough.....

For a I credit on the DDP... Skipper Canteen in MK, hands down. Fun atmosphere and excellent food. We consider it a hidden gem.
Boma dinner at AKL would be my second choice, if you prefer a buffet meal. Food is good, and there is a nice variety of options so even the less adventurous eaters will find something to enjoy at Boma. Plus you can explore the lodge and view the animals on the savannahs before or after your meal.

If you go 2 credits, Tiffins is our absolute favorite restaurant on Disney property. Every meal we've had there has been nothing short of fantastic.

Narcoossee's would be our pick, but it's a Signature meal so definitely not a good DDP value. Best with a "good" DDP value would probably be San Angel (I know so many people hate on it, but we had a DELICIOUS meal there in August and the atmosphere is gorgeous) or Chefs de France.

Tiffins for 2 credits, Raglan Road for 1 credit. They're actually the only two TS meals we had on our trip last week (9 days).

Well I guess I am in the minority because if I was using one credit it would be at Ohana never had a bad meal there now if I was using 2 it would be California Grill

We have a reservation at O’Hana my wife loves it! Thanks!
