For those DISers who use or were thinking of using Choice Stationery - a word of warning.

I ordered a colour compatible cartridge from Choice on Sunday 27 October. After I sent them a couple of reminder e-mails I finally received it two weeks later. I can only assume it was out of stock but I was not given any notification of this and paid for the cartridge immediately it was ordered.

I have just put the cartridge into the printer and it is more empty that the one it replaced.

I have e-mailed Choice to let them know that I am returning it and asking for a refund.

and received the cartridges the next day. By ordering two I wasn't charged delivery!

I think you have been very unlucky. I have ordered from them many times. The orders have always been dealt with promptly and I've never had a problem with quality. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them.
