Found this info for you: Cinderella's chocolate slipper dessert is only available for those dining at a Grand Floridian Restaurant (1900 Park Fare, Narcoossee's, Citrico's, GF Cafe, V&A) or Cinderella's Royal Table.
It is made by the GF Bakery and is NOT available on the regular menus.

It must be pre-ordered at least 48 hours in advance.

$15 at Grand Floridian
$15.50 at CRT

The slippers on not available as part of the Disney Dining Plan, you must pay the extra.

Available in chocolate or white chocolate, white chocolate slipper filled with cream and raspberries and dark chocolate cup filled with chocolate mousse and white chocolate flakes. Raspberry coulis:

Actually the dark chocolate slipper is not available at the GF so far and has just recently been seen randomly (not actually ordered) at CRT. Some guests were very surprised to receive one.

I thought the price was $14. at GF and $12.50 at CRT. That's what the price was when I ordered it but of course, it can change!

We had this dessert when my now husband proposed at CRT. It was excellent. We had the white chocolate verizon.
