Is there a place where I can find a chocolate mousse dessert similar to what they used to offer at Ohana? You used to be able to order additional dessert items before the Ohana menu switch and now you can't. This was my DD8 and my FAVORITE dessert in all of WDW and we sadly miss it. (Of course, the banana fosters bread pudding is a GREAT substitute!!)

I am very excited about the bread pudding at Ohanas and cant wait to try it in Aug.. Now, I dont know what chocolate mousse they had there before but me and my kids eat chocolate mousse almost every time we are in WDW, its everywhere! In DQ, at the fridge section of the food courts at the resorts (seen it a ASMO and POR) I heard some place over on the boardwalk has it.. I dont think you'll have any problems finding it!

Several counter-service restaurants offer chocolate mousse in a cup as a dessert. But our favorite is the chocolate "moose" dessert at Le Cellier. It's delicious as well as fun to look at.

You know, I was just thinking this morning about how the Crystal Palace used to be a cafeteria and we used to get the BEST chocolate mousse there! Wish I had a way-back machine! :goodvibes

According to my DD8, the chocolate "moose" at Le Cellier is just pudding. The kind they used to have at Ohana was more of a fancy dessert, with a crust on the bottom, and a chocolate "shell" around it with more like a cold creme brulee consistency in the middle. It was to die for and nothing else compares (in the eyes of my chocaholic DD!!). She's looking for more of a "fancy dessert" type of mousse. Thanks for the ideas, though. Maybe she will find a good substitute.

Maybe try the Marvelous at the Boulangerie Patisserie in Epcot? It's a chocolate mousse with a crust on the bottom.

I would for sure try the place in France. I always get a mousse type dessert there and it has a merigue shell.. so good. Also, the mousse at Alfredo's is very very good. It is just in a glass but is very fluffy and delicious.
