Doed anyone have a recipe for chocolate armeretto swirled fudge?:goodvibes

OH WOW, never heard of it but would love to see if someone can come up with a recipe.

What if you made two batches, one with chocolate chips and the other with white chocolate chips? You could tint it pink and swirl with a knife?

Amaretto Fudge

1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup amaretto
1 teaspoon almond extract
3/4 cup slivered or sliced almonds

Mix chocolate chips and milk in a bowl. Cover loosely and microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Stir until smooth then add flavorings. Pour into a greased 8-inch square pan that has been sprinkled with the almonds. Let cool and cut into 1-inch squares.

Looks great! Thanks for the recipe. I never thought about cooking with Amaretto until a Christmas party. A lady made her sweet potatoes in the crockpot with a little brown sugar, butter and Amaretto. She would microwave the sweet potatoes first, Then peel. slice and put in the crockpot with the other goodies. Cook on low 2-3 hours. Unbelievably good.
