It has it pitfalls, we area a bedroom community and we get so many people that move here thinking that their kids will be better here than in the bigger cities and it brings the crime. And we have one of the highest unemployments and foreclosures in the country. But, I am also confident that it will improve, I already see signs of it.

I bought some just because it was Disney ... nerd alert!

Cali's cool, we just pay what I like to call our California-living-tax ... it's pretty much crazy expensive to live here, when you factor in everything you have to pay for. Our school system needs some serious work though.

Last night I took my dog Enzo (golden retriever, about 1 year old) out for a walk with some other ladies and their dogs. It was nice to know my dog isn't the only spazzy dog He actually looked pretty well behaved compared to some of them One of the dogs howled the whole walk! And this was at 9-10pm at night! I was afraid someone was going to complain about the noise

I am older than you so I remember when Jerry Brown was governor before and our state and schools were so much better. I have high hopes for change.

Dogs are so funny, people probably thought it was normal neighborhood dogs doing the barking.

Little Monkey has developed a new habit. Instead of telling me he has to potty, he "goes" in his diaper, takes it off and comes to me with the soiled diaper in hand. I get to wipe his booty and look for the "log". mmmmm, good times.

It is amazing isn't it? All of the time and effort that goes into it can be huge. But, it is all so very worth it in the long run.
