Is there a particular night that is best to do this....also, where to park? Also, is it fun? And, is it something you need to rest up for? Accordingly, which park is it best to do this after?

I called and asked several questions about this recently.

They said that the singalong was held every night weather permitting. (ie rain, Chip & Dale campfire sing along
behind bike barn
nightly weather permitting (rain etc)
fire lighting at 6:30 , smores kit is $8.99 roasting stick, marshmallow bag and chocolate bar, and graham crackers. You can bring your own supplies, roasting stick $0.49 each or use a per person “snack” credit.

Friday or Saturday a second movie is shown at 9:15 movie as well

Parking is the same issue as trying to get to HDDR. You need to park at the outpost and then take the internal bus to the location of the sing-a-long. It takes awhile to get there when you factor all of that, so be sure to allow plenty of time to get there from your resort. We didn't alow enough time and we missed the sing-a-long, and ended up just watching the movie for a bit and then heading home.
