I know - so sorry. Have been reading, but lurking...here too and Liesa's too...working on coming out of lurkdom this week.

I am back from Lake George had a great trip and will fill you in later !!! But I came home to some really bad news .. well actually as I was leaving Lake George !!!!Judy is in the hospital with a suspected bleeding ulcer !!! She is in a lot of pain and throwing up blood !! They will do tests tomorrow to confirm their suspicions but after talking to my neighbor a GREAT RN I am pretty sure that's what it is !!Good News is they treat it with IV medication and rarely have to do surgery !!What a welcome home !! The kids are doing OK but the girls are pretty tearful but are helping me with Kyle and housework !!

I didn't get a chance to post before I left as I had quite a shock the evening before ... one of my releif staff was found dead that afternoon so I had to go back to work to notify all the managers, fill in open shifts and call all the staff !!
Hopefully tomorrow I will get more time to post , I will get back on track eventually though !! Prayers are needed for Judy

Rosie, what an awful return you've had! You poor thing!! I will pray for Judy, and certainly having someone you know die isn't all that easy to deal with either!! Hope you can find some relief soon.

Thanks Liessa !!! Yes it has been a stressful week !!!Although we had a great time in Lake George and we both want to do another trip in the Fall and hope it is Disney!! You have no idea how much I wish I could post pix of the guys we took . They are sooooo enthusiastic about everything and we had sooo many laughs !! What a priveledge it was to take them and the free vacation too !!

Thanks Jo !! I am doing what I can to make sure everything goes according to Judy's plans for the kids !! Miss stubborn does not make it easy but I have no problem asking any one for help !!!That is Judy;s problem as I said Miss Stubborn

Her father just called and informed me she wasn't in the hospital, I asked what name he asked for He used her maiden name Then he asked me for her phone number , her cell The man doesn't even know his daughters number

My goodness, you go away and everything falls apart - how awful your co-worked passed. My thoughts and prayer for his family.

Thank you Christine !! This afternoon Judy had emergency surgery .Her lapband had prolapsed and was wrappied around her stomach she was in surgery 2 hours and did GREAT !! She has been on the phone since 6:30 pm on and off and sounds soooo much better .She may come home tomorrow , not sure what instructions she will have but my STUBBORN daughter is aying work on Thursday !! I hope the doctor isn't fool enuff to let her !!It is such a relief as yesterday I was really scared !!
Kyle went for a cook out to his uncles who came to pick him up but Kyle kept him waiting while he did a lawn job !! Then he calls me and says "Go to 64th ASt and pick up 4 TVs they have copper in them!!!"Sure Kyle after the day I've had I'm gonna pick up 4 TVs This kid is a hustler !!!!!!

So glad they found the problem and Judy is feeling better - work on Thursday??? I'm not one to talk though - had emergency gallbladder surgery (the old fashioned giant scar ) was in the hospital 10 days on all kinds of antibiotics, released on a Thursday, working on Monday - not a smart move and had to cut back - hope Judy is smarter! Please give her our best wishes for a quick recovery.

When is your next Dr app't? Mine is this morning, but don't know how much I'll learn today.

Christine I see the doctor again this Fall !! I have to start my 5 day treatment tonite as I plain forgot with all that was going on!!!
I am busy planning my FREE trip in October !!!

I know WOW is the word, but everything is looking good now !!! I asked Kyle how he knew about the TVs he said Michael told him !!!!!! Okay we refer to Michael as BLIND MIKEI am interested to know how he saw 4 TVs

Oh my goodness rosie! I can't believe the rollercoaster you've been on lately! I'm so happy that Judy is doing ok! I knew someone who died from a similar problem with a lapband...well, she did go to Mexico to have it fixed so that might have something to do with it....but anyway, they can be so scary!
