"Chill out Dear...we are going to your Happy Place"

Randy and I went to get me and Marie a pin trading lanyard and one or two pins. (More detail on what we bought later.)

We bought Marie a Princess lanyard, a Princess pin set, and a World Showcase Passport. We bought me a WDW Lanyard, Tink pin, Tink Dangle (Not sure what the technical term is), and a Passholder/water bottle attachment. Mine was under $30 while Marie's was around $40.

Thanks all for your cheers.

Now I will try to post some of the pictures from that weekend before starting at the ASMo.

Alice was extremely good! She hopped , skipped, and jumped everywhere and pouted and crossed her arms and turned up her nose when when the other characters neglected her for a group picture with one particular family. She made them take another picture of that family just so she would not be left out. She was very nice, and noticed Marie's birthday button from across the aisle. She came and talked to Marie while we waited in line to visit with Minnie.

Jaime,

I love your TR. Your character pics are great! Marie is absolutely adorable and looks like she is having a great time....now those teasers are not nice tho!!! I want to know everything that happened! Fill us in!

We got up Monday morning (Nov. 27) and loaded the van. DH checked the room for anything we forgot, and we got in the van. After Check out, we headed to ASMo. We pulled into ASMo parkingand me, DH, and DF go inside. As I am getting out of the van, I check my hip pouch to get my money pouch out for my ID.

Me: "Where is my pouch?"

DH: "Don't worry about it. It's in my name anyway."

As we stand in line, I saw the kid's movie seating area, and decide to run outside and get DM and DD. I bring them inside and join my DH and DF in line.

The girl at the checkout checked to se if there were any smoking rooms available, since my DH didn't think he could handle another day at WDW without the freedom of smoking in the room. We ended up with one room with a fridge and the other 2 doors down instead of adjoining. They were smoking and in the Fantasia building. Great!

Me: "Are there any rooms in the toy story building?" (Didn't even ask about the Dalmation building. I totally forgot.)

CM: (Looking at me with an "are you kidding" look.) "No."

I turned to my husband and started grumbling softly under my breathe about how I needed to ask one more thing. He looked at me and said that it was fine.

I quickly perked up when she got off the phone with mousekeeping and said that the rooms were ready. It was around 11:00am.

Sorry to do this to y'all, but it is getting late, and I am started to loose my cool with my poor DH again. I better go before I kill something. I really wish these mood swings would go away.

The food was pretty good. My dad got "blessed" by the birds flying around over our heads. Another bird swooped down, snached a fry from my daughter's tray and nearly nocked me out in the process. When I screamed, a cast member said, "That's why you're not supposed to feed the birds."

Well Duh!!!!!!
Hey that's not what the old lady in Mary Poppins used to say!!!!!! :confused3

Jaime, loving your tr so far. You are a tease though! :sad2: Great pictures! Can't wait for more... popcorn::

Great job with your tr so far Jaime. Your daughter looked like the happiest person on earth. I do believe she is following in her mommy's footsteps... Can't wait to read more...

:rolleyes1 Sorry about the long delay, had a lot going on around here. Shall I finish this TR?

Got back in the van, drove to the building, and it started raining! We had to unload the van in the rain. When we walked into the room, this was greeting us on our bed:

We had the fridge in our room, so all of the “food” went in the room with us. I always check out a room before I settle in, mostly just to see what the room has. I realized that we had a broken drawer, and we called the front desk to have someone come fix it. Randy stayed in the room to look for my money pouch, while DF, DD, DM, and I went down to the food court to get something to eat.popcorn::

While we were eating, Randy called me on my cell phone and said that it wasn’t in any of our luggage.:scared: He came downstairs to the food court to get the keys to my van. He went out to the van and searched, but didn’t find it! When we got back to our rooms, DF went down with Randy to check out the van some more. After waiting for a while, I went downstairs to the van to look for myself. They weren’t kidding. That pouch was nowhere!:confused3

Randy got on the phone with the Days Inn where we had stayed the previous nights, and after much deliberation and waiting, they said they would let us come in and check for ourselves. While Marie napped in DM and DF room and Randy called to cancel everything in my pouch, DF drove me out to the Days Inn to look in the rooms, but found nothing.:sad1: After checking the motel, DF and I went to Publix for some groceries like sandwich stuff, milk, breakfast stuff, crackers (or NABs if your name is sorul82?), and breakfast/snack bars for my DF. We also picked up some sunblock. We got in the van and headed back to the resort.

Back at the resort we unloaded the van and grabbed our stuff for the parks and went to EMH at DS (or MGM if you prefer). At DS we went to the Little Mermaid show, Playhouse Disney show, Osbourne lights, and Muppet Vision 3D. I didn’t enjoy the Little Mermaid show as much as I did when I was in school, then again, maybe it has something to do with the fact that our family was in the same area, just different rows, in the very back, and I had to sit next to a stranger. I did enjoy the Playhouse Disney show, and find it funny that all of the parents seem to know more words to the songs than the kids do.

Here are some pictures from the show:

Good-bye

All of us loved the dancing lights, and my daughter, who is the only one of us that has never seen snow, absolutely loved the snow. We were one of the many parents chasing their child around trying to get them to back in their strollers. Here are the many pictures I took of the lights. My husband said he is very impressed.

We went to see Muppet Vision 3D where my mother had to leave to look for her purse. She thought she left it in the stroller. When she got there, it wasn’t in itMarie liked the show, especially when the “bee” turned into Mickey. “Hi Mickey!!!! Hi Mickey!!!!” She just waved away. At the end, we checked the seats before we left, and DM purse was right where she had been sitting! I guess my luck wore off on her. Marie wanted to know why we were throwing the glasses away! I explained to her that it was so others could use them later, that they weren’t trash cans. She was content with that. We decided to get something to eat before we left, but had had a hard time all night finding somewhere to eat; there wasn’t anything available. (Gee, I wonder why? Make sure you get ADRs people.) When we turned the corner, I saw the Sci-Fi and decided to go inside and check for availability. “Yes, we can seat you right now.” I swear I heard the Halleluia Chorus.

The food here was pretty good. We sat in a “table car.” Marie had fun, and my DM took a picture of , me and DD in the car outside. Marie is using here glow necklace as a steering wheel.

On the way out, Randy took a picture of me in front of the hat.

As we were headed toward the front gate, my daughter spotted a horse, and wanted her picture taken. Here are those photos. She is such a ham.

We rode the bus back to the resort, and Marie and Randy went to bed, while I stayed up to help Tink with her many gifts. This is what it looked like when I got finished.
