Child's table service to go?

DH and I are thinking of using one of the child care centers for a night out alone. We would use up 1 TS credits apiece, but that means that DS still would have his 1 TS left-over.

Is there a way to get a child's TS meal to go? We are staying at AKL and wondering if they would let us do a to-go meal from the Boma breakfast. Anyone have experience with this - either at a buffet or traditional sit-down place?

Actually I do have experience with this. My son fell asleep in the stroller during 2 of our meals. Chefs De France and LeCellier. I ordered his dinner and they boxed it up for us. He ate it later once he woke up. I just put it in the microwave at WL. It worked out fine he at by the pool while his cousins were swimming. I had no issues doing it and both places did a great job of packing it up.

Disney restaurants generally don't provide take-out service. Doggy bags are different (which is technically what IWISHFORDISNEY's son got, because he was at the table but asleep, vs. not in the restaurant). You can, of course, always ask - expect a "no" and be pleasantly surprised (and ready with an order) if the answer is "yes".

And summermac is correct - no buffet (or all-you-care-to-eat meal, such as CRT breakfast) would allow this, ever.
