Childrens Place Question

I placed 3 seperate orders(due to site so slow) on cyber Monday and still have not received a confirmation. I have tried to go back to the webpage and it still says oops our site is undergoing maintenance....now for two days. My concern is the orders that I placed was for adopt a kid and I need to have the presents delivered by the 13th. I am afraid that will not make it. I can not even find a number to call to check the status of my orders. Anyone else having the same issues?

I placed an order on cyber monday, and the site was terrible! I have already received a confirm. email though. Did you write down your confirm #? In the past I've gotten my orders very quickly (within 1 week) so I think you should be fine 2 weeks away, hopefully.

I did not write down the order numbers. My card was charged for one order today so I am hoping that means at least one order is shipping.
