Children's Meals

We are considering the DP for our trip in June. I see that some restaurants have Children menues. Are there children's menues at the buffets also or do the adults and children select from the same food?

Everyone at a buffet can eat anything on the buffet. (Disney buffets usually have a "kids buffet" so the kids can find typical foods they prefer, but kids can eat anything off the full buffet, and adults can eat from the kids' buffet if they wish)
