Children's Gifts - WDW Dining

does anyone know if children still get the free wand/sword at Cinderella's table lunch? also - how far in advance can this be booked? i have read that you have to pay in full when you make a reservation - how does this work if you have DDP?

finally - do any of the other WDW restaurants offer a gift for the children?

If you have the dining plan, you will give a credit card number to guarantee your reservation. It will not be charged unless you don't cancel and don't show up.

All restaurant reservations can be booked up to 90 days before the day you wish to dine. If you are staying at a Disney resort, you can call exactly 90 days from the first day of your reservation and book restaurant reservations for up to 10 days after that.
